Use the server URL. Open the app at the URL above, or enter it here and click Save. If you open the HTML file from your computer (file://), Share still works if this URL points to your running server.
Start the server if you run locally: in a terminal, go to the server folder and run npm install then npm start.
Set a username. When you first Save or Share, enter a name (e.g. Nora). Others will see your cat as @YourName in Online saves.
Save your cat. Click Save cat. The cat is saved to your list and to Online saves (when the server is running).
Share a saved cat. Open Saved cats, tap a cat, then tap Share. The cat is added to Online saves and a link is copied. Paste the link to share with others.
If Share fails, you’ll see “Could not share. Check your connection.” Make sure you opened the app from the server URL and that the server is running.
Others can open Online saves to see and load your cat, or use the link you shared.
